Terms of Service
These terms govern independent pre-purchase vehicle inspections booked through sportneews.com in Ukraine.
1. Provider identification
sportneews.com is operated by PE sportneews.com, EDRPOU registration code 93203561, Business Center Horizon, 14 Antonovycha Street, Kyiv, 01004, Ukraine. Contact: contact@sportneews.com, +380 964 585 3557. This information is given before you place an order, as required by Закон України «Про електронну комерцію» від 3 вересня 2015 року № 675-VIII.
2. Scope of service
We provide an independent, non-official pre-purchase inspection. The check covers the items listed in the confirmed order. It does not include dismantling, laboratory testing, an official technical certificate or any guarantee of the vehicle's future condition. The report reflects the vehicle's condition at the time and place of inspection only.
3. Booking
A request submitted through the form is not a confirmed booking. The booking is confirmed only when we confirm the date, location and price in writing. You must provide accurate vehicle, location and contact details.
4. Price and payment
The price is confirmed before you order and does not change after confirmation. Payment is made by invoice or as agreed at confirmation. We are a single tax payer; VAT is applied where applicable.
5. Cancellation and rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule free of charge at least 24 hours before the confirmed slot. Later cancellation or a no-show may be charged. If we cancel, you receive a full refund or a new date.
6. Turnaround and availability
Inspections are available in Kyiv and other locations in Ukraine agreed in advance. The report is normally delivered within 24 hours after the inspection. Stated times are estimates.
7. Consumer rights
Before purchase you receive clear information about the service, price, terms, performer identity and the complaint procedure, as required by Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів» від 10 червня 2023 року № 3153-IX.
8. Personal data and cookies
We process names, phone numbers, emails and vehicle data to deliver the service, under Закон України «Про захист персональних даних» від 25 червня 2024 року № 3624-IX. Non-essential cookies are used only within the consent framework of Закон України «Про електронні комунікації» від 16 грудня 2020 року № 1971-IX.
9. Advertising claims
Statements about inspection scope, diagnostic accuracy or outcomes are truthful and substantiated, in line with Закон України «Про рекламу» від 3 липня 1996 року № 270/96-ВР.

Send complaints to contact@sportneews.com or +380 964 585 3557. We respond within a reasonable time. Your statutory consumer rights are not limited by these terms.
